The following policy applies with regard the refund for goods purchased from this website:

1. Before a refund may be issued, the customer must return to health-effects.net, a “Refund Claim Form”. 

2. The “Refund Claim Form” will be provided to the customer after the customer informs health-effects.net that they need such form. To obtain a refund, you must notify health-effects.net within 30 days of your original purchase date, that you desire a refund for the product purchased. 

3. The “Refund Claim Form” provided to you must be returned to Worldwide Contact Office of health-effects.net by regular mail only (no e-mail), within 10 days, in order to obtain a refund. 

4. health-effects.net will not be liable for any claims of non-receipt of merchandise, and/or non-receipt of a “Refund Claim Form” that was a result of an incorrect email address and/or mailing address provided by you to health-effects.net. The customer is responsible for providing a correct delivery address.
